My breakfast: I skipped breakfast since I was doing 18 hours of intermittent fasting.
My lunch: Roast/ grilled/fried chicken or fish. I followed the Keto diet, so I ate accordingly. I also relished eating paneer tikkas, soybean tikkis, keto dosas (with sambhar), pav bhaji minus the potatoes.
My dinner: Dinners were very light, usually soups and salads or leftover lunch items.
Pre-workout meal: Black Coffee with a few drops of lemon juice.
Post-workout meal: Green tea or Japanese Matcha tea followed by light dinner
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days):
I used to crave bread a lot. I used to patiently wait until my cheat day to have bread-butter-jam. I also used to eat some form of junk foods or sweets (despite never being a person with a sweet tooth) on my cheat days. I used to cheat on my diet twice or thrice a month and that helped me fight temptations.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Palak soup/ paneer/ grilled chicken/ boiled eggs. You can have these dishes guilt-free, as many times as you would like to.
