I would start my day with 2 glasses of lukewarm water (with honey/lemon) and have low-calorie foods:
My breakfast: 3 boiled eggs and 1 cup of green tea
My lunch: 3 boiled eggs, 1 cup of green tea and 1 apple
My dinner: 1 cup of oats with milk
Pre-workout meal: None
Post-workout meal: 1 apple and green tea
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I am a foodie by heart and love gorging on North Indian delicacies when I am allowed to cheat on my diet. To be precise, I had 9 cheat meals – lunch only, on day 15, 30, 40, 50, 60, 67, 74, 81 and 88.
Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Eggs! In probably any form! They are great for weight loss and fill you up in no time. Plus they are protein-packed, so you stand to benefit a lot!
