To begin with, take a baking tin/tray and grease it with oil/butter and keep it aside. Take a large bowl and sieve 1 ½ cup of all purpose flour, ½ cup cocoa powder and mix these with 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, ½ cup sugar, 2 eggs, ½ cup melted butter. Make a smooth batter, to make it more fluffy add in some milk to make the batter smooth.
Pour the batter into the greased baking tray and bake the cake at 200 degree celsius. In the meantime, melt 200grams milk chocolate and using the double boiler method, prepare the ganache. Once the cake is ready, pour the ganache and allow it to set, garnish the way you like and enjoy!
