3 Minute teas that work wonders for stomach ailments


Tulsi chai is a perfect dose of health, but did you know a cup of tulsi tea can heal your upset stomach. Holy basil tea also known as tulsi tea is easy to make, just boil some water and steep in 6-7 tulsi leaves, once the water is reduced to half, strain the tea, add some lemon juice/ honey to accentuate the taste and flavour.

Tulsi tea in the morning helps in healing heartburn, acid reflux, gas, constipation. However, if you have too much acidity issues then make sure you avoid lime juice as it has citric acid which may increase the acid level in the body leading to discomfort.
