Housebuilder Awards 2020

At the Housebuilder Awards 2020, we’re extremely proud to have been announced as Medium Housebuilder of the Year. This is the second time in three years we have been able to achieve this award, and is another incredible accolade to add to our collection. Our partnership with Women into Construction also won the Training or Recruitment Initiative Award, while Motion in Leyton was highly commended in the Best Design Four Storeys or More category.

WhatHouse? Awards 2020

We were named WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year at the 2020 WhatHouse? Awards. Largely known as the Oscars of the Housebuilding industry, we were extremely proud to hold this highly-regarded accolade for the second time in five years. We were also awarded Gold for Best Medium Housebuilder, Gold for Best Development at Mosaics in Oxford, Silver for Best Partnership at Motion and Silver for Best Regeneration at Fish Island Village.

Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2020

We came away with four accolades at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2020, with Fish Island Village gaining the esteemed accolade of Grand Prix Winner. Fish Island Village also won Best Large Development and was highly commended for Best Regeneration, while Athena, our sustainable development in Cambridge, won the Development of Outstanding Architectural Merit award.

NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2020

We are thrilled that four members of Team Hill have been awarded with NHBC Pride in The Job Quality Awards. Congratulations to Stuart Jones, Senior Site Manager at Ironworks in Cambridge, Paul Morgan, Project Manager at Newington Gate in Hackney, Stephen Pinner, Project Manager at Remix Helix in Harlesden, and Darren Russell, Senior Site Manager at Trinity House in Cambridge.

At the WhatHouse? Awards 2019, Hill was named Best Medium Housebuilder (Silver). Knights Park achieved Gold for Best Sustainable Development, Silver for Best Development and Silver for Best House (The Avenue). Fish Island Village was also awarded Bronze for Best Partnership.
